Who needs an OHV safety education course?

In Minnesota, ATV operators born after July 1, 1987 and OHM riders under the age of 16 are required to complete an approved safety course before riding on public lands. ATVcourse.com is a delegated provider for the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources.

on public trails in Minnesota.

NEW! Are you an Off-Highway Motorcycle rider? If you haven’t already completed your full ATV safety course and want to ride an OHM on public trails, you must first complete the OHM Course. The course is FREE and will take about 30-45 minutes to complete.

After passing, you’ll be able to print a certificate of completion and obtain your permanent certificate by mailing in to the Minnesota DNR.
